Euphemia are a family office in Australia, founded by Dom Pym and Judy Anderson-Firth. They created Euphemia to help the next generation of founders build a better, more inclusive startup scene.
We built a comprehensive brand strategy and visual language around the meme ‘Make Awesome Make Awesome.’ Euphemia are investing in tomorrow’s startup scene because they’re nurturing a diverse, progressive, intelligent, ambitious community that’s going to build the future of Australia.
They don’t just want to make awesome. They want to make the awesome that makes the awesome.
We created a graphic language based on building blocks that connected and morphed in unexpected ways, and lets us zoom in to see the individual pieces, or pull out to see the bigger picture.
The letters were abstracted into blocky shapes and became flexible containers for content. When all of the letters come together along with colour, imagery and type, it creates a dynamic and rich tapestry of awesome. Have we said awesome enough yet?
The colour palette is derived from the “difference” effect that you get when you bring two elements together (Awesome Orange + Awesome Orange = Awesome Green, obviously).
